Sphere Weaver

Описание

The idea of the personal sphere conceptualizes our self as surrounded by ideas, people, places, and objects with which we have important relationships, all of which directly influence who we are and how we act in the world. We brewed Sphere Weaver with the idea that through the shared experience of drinking beer, we may share spheres and perhaps better understand each other. This sessionable Saison is fermented with our favorite saison strain along with a bit of brettanomyces, then hopped and dry hopped with a gentle hand of Mosaic and Amarillo. Notes of dried orange peel, bright lemon, musty hay, mild juniper, and white tea emerge throughout. Seek Unity, enjoy Sphere Weaver.
