It is crafted from a blend of two distinct beers: an Imperial red, that was aged in red wine barrels with Syrah grapes; and a saison wort that was spontaneously fermented with Nebbiolo grapes. After pressing and aging, La Vendage offers notes of rose water, dried cherries, and floral peppercorn.
