A pale ale BREWED WITH SCIENCE. // With our small batch beers, we try not only to experiment with styles and ingredients, but the very process and craft of brewing itself. BIOHOP, a NE pale ale, is our first publicly released foray into the science of BIOTRANSFORMATION — adding the dry hops during the tail end of fermentation for a unique interplay of yeast and hops for big, ripe, tropical tasting notes. Biohop is brewed with 100% NY grain and NY Chinook and Copper from @crookedcreekhops, along with some Mosaic and Motueka for good measure.
