Over the past year we’ve had a lot of fun exploring the dynamics of some of our favourite hops through a series of themed DIPAs. First up was Citra, then Nelson Sauvin, now Simcoe. A classic New England IPA hop, we love Simcoe for its reliable dank and tropical fruit notes. Our Simcoe DIPA series features four unique DIPAs.First up is Caravan. Dry-hopped with Simcoe and Riwaka, Caravan packs big notes of grapefruit, passionfruit, and citrus.
