Slice of Heaven - Maverick Series #15 | New Zealand IPA (6.5%)The world is loving NZIPAs of late, and we are certainly on the bandwagon! We have been fortunate enough to be included in the NZ Hops Bract Brewers Programme here at RR, meaning we get access to experimental new hop varieties. We have used the experimental variety NZH-106 here across two separate dry hops to really get it to sing!
