Cosmic Blackberry is a double blackberry mead with Hawaiian Lemon Blossom honey from Shawn Darryl Harris. This mead was fermented with blackberry and aged on more blackberry after fermentation. A tangy lemon honey flavor goes perfectly with the deep blackberry notes. To round out the flavor it was conditioned on a combination of Tahitian and Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans.This blend was racked into a freshly-dumped Distillery 291 bourbon barrel and aged for over 5 months before coming out of hibernation.
