We followed up the wonderful IPA collab that we made with our talented buddies at Fort George Brewery, "Hello, Buddy," with another collaboration. This time, blended and packaged here.Four year old barrels were selected for their delicate balance and complexity, then re-fermented in oak with our favorite Oregon Blackberries from our favorite berry farm, and finally conditioned on Thai Basil.The basil provides a welcome complement and additional depth to the juicy and bright berry character. Balanced acid keeps it invigoratingly drinkable. It is darn yummy.We're grateful to have had the opportunity to make this with our coastal buddies, and glad to share it with even more buddies.
