For this hazy IPA, we had a Cincinnati native and brewer at RaR brewing in Maryland come out to collaborate! Tamatoa (aptly named for the antagonist crab in Moana) is the result - a 6.7% IPA that received a whirlpool charge of El Dorado hops, followed by a heavy dry hopping with Citra Cryo and HBC 586. The blend of hops brings out a ton of ripe mango and sweet guava carried by the full mouthfeel that was enhanced with a touch of lactose in the boil.
