Wizard of Gose - Lime, Turmeric & Tamarind

Описание

This variant of our Wizard of Gose brewed with our house strain of lactic bacteria was conditioned on Lime juice, Tamarind Paste and Turmeric powder. The addition of sea salt to this beer rounds out the acidity and accentuates the slight sweetness of this beer.
