Kohia Nelson / NZ Cascade / Nelson SauvinOne Drop Brewing Co. are back again to celebrate our 2nd birthday and this time Freestyle Hops have joined the party!Being the mad scientists they are, Mike and Nick have brewed an experimental hazy IPA playing around with new malts, yeasts, and a special hop blend from Freestyle Hops. The malt and yeast combination for this brew provide a beautifully dry hazy beer.We worked with Kiwi’s on this one so it made sense to use all NZ hops. Freestyle’s Kohia Nelson is made up of field-blended experimental hops with the addition of local passionfruit powder! NZ Cascade and Nelson Sauvin bring additional citrus and white wine notes.
