Hendre Huffcap & White Bache Perry

Описание

This is a gentle, fruity perry consisting of two varieties blended at pressing in 2017. The twenty one months that have passed since then have resulted in a mature, rolling perry with softness, light sweetness and a balanced acidity. A triumph of time and terroir.
