A stronger version of a Belgian Blonde ale, this tops the scales at 8.9% with fruity, alcohol-driven aromas of pear & spices. Rich with a surprisingly full palate, it's light in colour & dry with a hint of bitterness over a lingering complex finish. Bottle-conditioned, so don't stir in the sediment but pour slowly. It will be lively & highly-carbonated. Drink now or store up to 5 years.
