Feeling Forever

Feeling Forever is a light and crushable Pale Ale. For this recipe, we have started with a base of pale malt, wheat and oats for a clean malt body that allows the hop character to shine. Dry-hopped with a combo of Simcoe and Lotus, we get floral and tropical aromas wafting from the glass. On the palate, the medium body brings with it flavours of pine, a zesty orange peel bitterness and hints of vanilla. The finish is crisp, with a light and refreshing bitterness. Everything we want from a pale ale.
