In setting out to work with our friends @healthinfocus & @runnerschoice, we wanted to craft a classic 6% IPA with a little something special. Our dry-hop included the ideal combination of Citra (US) & Galaxy (AUS), providing base flavours of floral and tropical fruits, and was enhanced with the use of Rakau (NZ). Rakau presents with flavours of apricot and mango with notes of pine. The resulting beer is both balanced, exciting, and the perfect post-run reward.
