(Cask) This cask was pulled from this year's strawberry harvest. We chose a blend of 4-year and 2-year traditional spontaneously fermented beers that was racked on to fresh New Jersey strawberry harvested earlier this week at a rate of 50/50 beer to fruit. ⁣This beer pours a cascading juicy red with a silky mouthfeel while balancing sweetness from the young strawberries drinking with notes of watermelon candy and strawberry lemonade.⁣
