The Mexican Marigold, known as Flor de Muertos or ‘Flower of the Dead’ - produces bright orange, heavily scented blooms, traditionally given as offerings as part of Dia de los muertos celebrations. Inspired by this tradition, this zesty kettle sour is infused with Mexican Marigold, habanero chilli and fresh tangelo zest and juice, creating a delicious fusion of heat, sweet and sour, overlaid with juicy tart citrus and a unique floral twist.
