This Smoothie Sour is a nod to fond memories. My mum would usually present a cheesecake to the table after a celebratory meal. The family would all be nudging each other and whispering, "Mandarin or Black Cherry", it would usually be Mandarin. Shop bought, of course! Further sniggering would be had if said cheesecake was still frozen! So here we have, Mandarin smoothie sour, tart and sweet, but not frozen. Hmm, actually, there's a thought.
