Brewed in collaboration with the good folks at Rogue and Vagabond, named for Gwilym's grandmother and a fellow Corkonian.Olive May is a hazy, intensely fruity, US IPA. Some of the fruitiness comes from the predominant hop strain - Citra, and some is from the use of two Brett strains, fermented hot.We hope you like it. If you knew how difficult it was to brew, you'd tip the staff. Like it's namesake - it is equal parts cantankerous and loveable.
