We layered Waimea, Anchovy and Simcoe Cryo hops on a melty malt base of 2 Row, Spelt and Flaked Oats until it was dripping with white peach, candied melon, gooseberry, and tart pineapple goodness. It’s crisp, tropical and sharp enough to cut through a block of cheddar, but smooth enough to slide down like queso at midnight.
