Two Blokes’ 10,000 Hours is a Porter’s Perfection single varietal cider, which is a UK bittersharp cider apple. It has some serious English cider vibes (the apple originates in Somerset) but it’s not too bold, rather decently easy to consume. A good presence of tannins that aren’t too gripping on the palate, some sourness and funkiness also. A lot of apple characteristics, flesh, peel and wild-like notes too. Becomes creamier as it goes on, for a rather clean finish.
