An Adelaide Hills collaboration with the crew from up the hill The Summertown Aristologist. With a focus on using organic and sustainably grown ingredients, we wanted to put together a beer that’s bright, fresh and totally crushable. It’s brewed using a organic Pilsner malt sourced from @voyager_craft_malt and delicately hopped with organic Nelson Sauvin and Wakatu. Designed for crushing cans while crushing grapes, it’s light in body, dry on the finish and displays bright notes of tropical fruit.
