New Leather

We don't have much room here at Hidden River to develop a proper wild/sour beer program, but we've managed to squeeze a few barrels in odd parts of our building allowing us the occasional release of something funky. New Leather is a brett-forward mixed culture saison that rested in a solera-style wine barrel for three months. The result is a beer with notes of underripe pineapple, fresh lemon & lime, white pepper and leather with pleasant lingering citrus zests and tart pear. Drink your leather!
