No Minutes to Midnight was aged in bourbon barrels for a year and conditioned on a ludicrous amount of dried strawberries (a delicious snack, btw) and a similarly bonkers quantity of roasted cocoa nibs. It’s velvety smooth and sticky in the best way, with pronounced notes of sweet dark cocoa, anise, marzipan and strawberry, all within a bourbon embrace. The result is a mind-meltingly delicious stout that straddles the beer-dessert continuum.Allergens: Barley, Oats and Wheat.
