Squirrel Fruited sour ale is Loosely based on a Traditional German style Berliner-Weisse.Light/medium bodied, smooth, low alcohol with drinkability.Refreshing with a lactic acid taste, a distinguishing feature of the style. Kettle soured.Going against German purity laws we conditioned the beer on A selection of dried fruits.
