Brewed to celebrate @windsorhomebrewsupplyco 10yr!A simple idea from two Belgian beer appreciators to brew a hazy DDH Double IPA with Belgian pilsner malt and focus more on a Belgian fermentation profile. Old man Scott didn't want a crazy hop intensity but our Monkish calculator was broken and we accidentally WAY, WAY OVER dry hopped the beer.
