Elakha was brewed with traditional maltsand hops to create an easy drinkingEnglish Stout. Maris Otter malt was usedas the base, showcasing a firm bitternessfrom roasted malts and EKG hops. To addtoasty depth to the flavor, a single bourbonbarrel of aged Imperial Stout was blendedinto the final beer.
