Lost Orchard 2019

In 2017, the Lost Orchard Project was born with the rehabilitation of an abandoned 19th century orchard near our farm. Our goal was to return the heirloom trees to production, including rare varietals like Wolf Run, Jersey Black and some chance seedlings.This 2019 vintage is a slightly off-dry still cider with cider apple fruit on the nose, followed by wild berry, sour cherry and mineral notes. Enjoy on its own at cellar temperature, or serve with soft cheese or roast pork.
