The Craft : This blend consists of lambic and pinot gris grapes from two harvest seasons, 2023 and 2024. On both occasions, the grapes underwent a sevenday maceration inspired by orange wines.The Experience : Pinot Gris gives us the opportunity to add a vinous touch to our lambic. Because this blend of vintages creates a unique depth betweenlambic and orange wine, we decided to bottle it as is, pure and unblended.
