Based on the recipe for American French toast enjoyed on the Santa Fe railroad, this heavy pastry stout gives a warming nose of sweet cinnamon and caramel. Heavy cream and soft notes of chocolate and espresso backed up with a lingering nutty sweet drizzle of maple syrup.
