During our time over in Yakima Valley last September, we were lucky enough to meet many talented hop farmers - one of which were the good people at Loza Farms, a Chicano-owned hop farm from Wapato, WA. During hop selection, the hops you choose can come from a varying number of farms, but for this one brew, we were able to get all the Citra, Simcoe & Centennial from Loza Farms - something which is unlikely to ever happen again!A super soft body and perfect carbonation lets these hops shine through with waves of Honeydew Melon and Ripe Kiwi skin dancing around your palate.
