Spelt Pale Ale Hopped with Southern Cross and VistaCan Release 4/20/24 $17/4 packWe swapped the wheat malt in our usual pale ale recipe for spelt. It's a high-protein cousin to wheat that adds body and a slightly rustic graininess. We leaned into that with Southern Cross, a New Zealand variety with apricot and spicy pine. Balanced by the tropical fruit and peach of American Vista.
