Wood-aged American Brown Ale. Maple & Mahagony is the musical moniker of our brewer Jason Lee Haines. In celebration of releasing his debut ep, we brewed a hoppy brown ale and aged it on actual maple and mahagony wood from luthier/guitar builder Reinhard Blumberger. Yes, guitars were made from these woods and we got the leftovers! Hops: Northern Brewer, Simcoe, Centennial & Cascade.
