Of the Bine: Nectaron is the latest in our series of dry-hopped ciders. Nectaron is a newer New Zealand hop that has recently gained some attention in the beer world for its tropical and stone fruit flavor profile. Our Nectaron addition used the most hops we have used in a cider thus far, on top of our ever-evolving oat-rested dry cider. We find a beautiful softness to this one, with the rich, deep notes of the classic stone fruits, ripe peaches and nectarines.
