Old No. 9

A little spicy and a little sweet, Old No. 9 is fermented with real Hatch Green Chiles, Turkish Apricots and good ol' California raisins. The name is a nod to the first of a long line of spicy green chiles- the New Mexico No. 9. Thanks to its creation in 1913 by Fabian Garcia, we’re able to eat our chiles... and drink them too.
