This imperial IPA brewed with El Dorado, Mandarina Bavaria and Lemon Drop hops in the kettle and El Dorado, Mandarina Bavaria and Mosaic in the dry hop. The blend of these hops creates tropical fruit, citrus and melon flavors that complements the dark fruit flavors from the small amount of high crystal malts we used in the mash.
