Our take on the historic German sour ale features the traditional additions of sea salt and ground coriander in the whirlpool. This brilliantly clear, pale golden beer is lightly tart, incredibly dry, and has a clean citrus nose. The low bitterness allows the light cracker-like malts to come through just a bit, balancing the tartness.
