This West Coast Pale Ale is crafted with Canadian, Germans and U.K. malts along with the citrusy Centennial and floral Cascade Hops. As all of ours recipes, we adjusted the brewing water with several minerals salts to enhance the mouthfeel, the flavour and to be faithful to brewing tradition. Expect a wonderful balance between the malt backbone, the bitterness and the bright hop flavour! It’s the first beer we brewed at Herald Street Brew Works and trust us, it was a Long Time Coming…
