Fractal Nelson/Galaxy

Описание

A fractal is something simple at the core that can produce wonderful and amazingly complex results. This beer only has pale malt and the stated hops. Investigating how different hops manifest through our processes allows us to optimize both our use of hops and our hopping techniques. This beer utilizes our new hand selected Hop Revolution Nelson combined with our newest Aussie Galaxy crop. Fractal Nelson/Galaxy pours a resinous-hazy-yellow releasing complex aromas and flavors of citrus, papaya and passionfruit and a touch of white grape following with a resinous but juicy and creamy mouthfeel. The medley of characteristics makes the name “Fractal Galaxy” warranted indeed.
