There's a saying around our brewhouse, especially used when we're making hoppy beers. The use of large amounts of hops in the kettle results in a cone shaped mound of hop remains at the bottom. As we're transferring the wort to the fermentor, there comes a moment when the wort is "Down in the Cone." To aid in our reflection on that fleeting moment, we offer this smooth and easy Double IPA well-hopped with Motueka, Citra, and Lemondrop.
