Spring Kolsch

Traditionally brewed and served in the German city of Koln, Kolsch-style ales are an example of a “mixed” fermentation process – fermented with an ale strain of yeast, but at the colder temperature ranges usually reserved for lagers. The result is a touch of the fruity aromas normally associated with ales, but with the clean, crisp finish beloved by lager drinkers.
