With the influx of left field IPAs, such as New England, Hazy, Milk Shake etc, we’ve been craving just a good ol’ West Coast IPA. With a solid malt structure, up-front hops, clarity where a book can be read through and sessionability which coaxes you in for more.A thick white white head floats above a clear light copper beer. A combination of mango and passionfruit lead the aromatics giving this West Coast IPA a true Australian feel. A hint of malt sweetness comes across the palate on the first sip before the bitterness comes through and balances it out.
