900 litres of barrel-aged blonde melange was aged on 250kgs of fresh Main Ridge strawberries to create this beer.After some time in tank this floral, aromatic beer was can conditioned. A sour step from the breakfast of strawberry soup, apparently once served to newlyweds in France.
