A hop forward Ale loaded with Cascade hops from our cycling neighbors at French Creek Organics. Easily drinkable at 6.6% abv, aromatic, crisp, and dry; floral and citrus notes provide a nice balance for the subtle malt profile. A healthy dose of Centennial hops finishes this beer off. A palate pleaser, not a palate wrecker.
