An homage to the grand old Belgian monastic breweries that have been making beer for over a thousand years. Light spice and clove aromas are derived from this singular Abbey yeast strain, and are complemented by plum notes, a rounded malt flavour, and a light yet firm bitterness. There is nothing quite like a Belgian Tripel, and we’ve the Trappists to thank for that. This one is right up our abbey.
