This beer was brewed in collaboration with Buddelship brewery from Hamburg, Germany.The complex malt bill of this beer can be evaluated from it's intense amber colour, dried fruit like aroma and full body.A light fruity note from the dry hopping with Hallertau Mittelfruh hops goes exceptionally well with a subtle cherry aroma. It comes from the cherry wood pieces. We toasted them in our wood fired oven and sunk them into beer at the stage of conditioning. Over the time this cherry wood flavour has mellowed into the beer and has become a part of it.
