Bouquet is truly a labour of love. Léon Millot and Marechal Foch grapes were treated to carbonic maceration and a long cool ferment before being added to our house lend coder. The mix was in unified further with 2 months in French oak barrels with a pitch of rose petals. Floral rose greets the nose followed by a vinous palate of summer berries and distant ripe apple.
