bottling date: 14/11/2023For this Oude Kriek, we macerated sour cherries for more than 8,5 months on stainless steel. The lambikken used for maceration and blending originated from five different barrels ans eleven different brews. We used one- and four-year old lambikken only, rendering the weighted average age of this blend to more than 12 months. The final fruit intensity is more than 333 grams of sour cherries per litre of Kriek. While blending, we added some honey from our own beehives in our wild flower field & cherry orchared. More than 40% of the grains were sourced in Pajottenland. 100% 3 Fonteinen.
