BIRKIN BEERS are one-off, small batch bourbon barrel aged imperial stouts (released unannounced)This version was triple mash, 24 hour boil, and aged in a single Elijah Craig Small Batch bourbon barrel for 20 months. We experimented with pan-dan leaf, black sesame , toasted coconut, raw coconut & emperors coconut. Complex notes of cherry, dark & milk chocolate, matcha, and toasted nuts. Very full and luxurious mouthfeel with a strong bourbon presence. We're very excited to share this project with you allplease keep cool and expect some sediment. best served at 55°-60ºFNOTE: this beer has already been aged, cellaring is not necessary, please enjoy at your earliest convenience
