This light, sessionable style features a wheat base and balanced bitterness, making it perfect for warm-weather drinking. Conditioned on epazote, a traditional herb used in Hispanic cooking, Epazótica offers subtle earthy and minty notes that enhance its base of citrus, tropical fruit, and white pepper. Straw-colored and crisp, it has a lightly bready palate and finishes dry and tart, true to Saison tradition.A late addition of Hallertau Blanc lends mild floral bitterness and a subtle berry and white wine character, rounding out this unique, cross-cultural collaboration.
