Carefully selected specialty South Island malts bring caramel, cherry and light roasted coffee notes. Need more?… how about some ‘Raglan Chocolate’ cacao bean husks, local honey and unrefined dark sugars? …oh yeah, and a solid whack of NZ bittering hops to balance out the bitter-sweet symphony.
